The Adoption Coalition of Texas, officially formed February 2004, is a collaboration of nonprofit child placing agencies and Child Protective Services, working together to find forever families for children languishing in the foster care system. Each of our partner agencies have a solid history of providing foster care adoption services. These agencies are also foster care providers. You can work with these agencies to become licensed to foster and/or certified to adopt.

At present, the Adoption Coalition of Texas is led by an Executive Director and Board of Directors, consisting of an executive from each partner agency. The Adoption Coalition of Texas is a nonprofit organization operating under the umbrella of the Austin Community Foundation.
